iORM Pro does not collect any personal information. All operational risk management (ORM) data is stored locally on your device and only transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties upon the user's explicit request.

WHAT INFORMATION DOES iORM PRO STORE?

iORM Pro stores the following information locally on your device only:

- Flight Data: Mission details, crew information, risk assessments, and ORM checklists

- User Preferences: Theme settings, unit configurations, and display preferences

- App Settings: Template selections, approval workflows, and notification preferences

- Templates: ORM checklist templates and unit-specific configurations

- Signatures: Digital signatures for approvals and briefings (stored as local image data)

- Export History: Records of exported reports and sharing activities

This information:

- Stays on your device using iOS SwiftData local storage

- Is never transmitted over the internet without explicit user action

- Is not shared with any third parties unless specifically requested by the user

- Is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app

- Remains accessible offline for mission-critical operations

WHAT WE DON'T COLLECT

iORM Pro does NOT collect:

- Names, email addresses, or contact information (unless entered by user for mission data)

- Location data or GPS coordinates

- Device identifiers or tracking data

- Usage analytics or behavioral data

YOUR CONTROL

- Share completed risk assessments via email or file sharing when required

- Delete individual flights or all data through the app's Settings screen

- Reset all preferences and configurations at any time

- Use the app completely offline for sensitive operations

- Control all data sharing through explicit export actions

DATA SHARING

iORM Pro only shares data when you explicitly:

- Export reports via the built-in export functionality

- Share ORM assessments through iOS sharing features

- Email completed risk management documents

- Save files to external storage or cloud services

All sharing is user-initiated and clearly indicated within the app interface.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

iORM Pro is designed for professional military use and does not target children. We don't collect any information from users of any age beyond the operational data they explicitly enter for mission planning purposes.
